These Terms of Service govern your use of the AceCue platform and website, operated by Acecue Technologies Private Limited. This is a general template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

Use of the service

You agree to use AceCue only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters and for maintaining the security of your accounts.

Accounts & access

Access is granted on a role basis. You are responsible for managing user roles within your organization and for actions taken under your accounts.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your tier, store count, and order volume.
• Starter and Growth plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of your operational data. We process it to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your records before cancellation.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level commitments. We are not liable for downtime outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
